It's truly a small world because I visited your website & read that your wife works at the Walters Art Museum. I've worked there on contract for the last 5 years in the paper conservation lab. I recently started working at the National Archives - but have continvued to work at the Walters on weekends. If you hadn't dropped off my prescriptions, I would have had to stop on my way to the Walters on Saturday. So thank you for your kindness - I really appreciate it. This donation was taken to the site in Cambodia by Dr. Mitchell Stark in May 2006. Donations like yours are a vital component to HVO’s effort to create long-lasting improvements in the quality and availability of health care in developing countries.

Each year, HVO volunteers teach, mentor, and work alongside more than 2,600 local health care professionals in over 25 countries. The impact of this educational effort will be felt for years to come. Not only do patients in need of treatment today benefit from the delivery of better and safer care, but the patients of tomorrow will also benefit.

Dear Mr. Nusbaum,

About 5 years ago, I began ordering prescriptions from your pharmacy for all my fertility treatments. Over those years, your shop was responsible for getting me all my pills, capsules, injections, syringes, vitamins, etc. etc.

Whenever I called to place an order, you were always polite, professional, and friendly. You made my life-during a very stressful time-so much easier by shipping my prescriptions to my home. And you have continued to provide me pre-natal vitamins with easy ordering and your terrific fast shipping.

Well, here it is, 5 years later. I have not one, but TWO gorgeous, beautiful children. A boy, Adam, is 3 ½ years old; a girl, Lillian, is 6 months old. You can see from the enclosed photo why they are my utter and complete joy in life!

I have gone out of my way to thank all those responsible for these two miracles: my doctors, my friends, my OB, and the list goes on. But I realized if it was not for the essential medications and their timely delivery, I could not have realized this goal!

So I want to take a moment to recognize you and your staff, and tell you how completely and enormously grateful I am for all your help these last five years. As the saying goes, “I could not have done it without you!”

I just wanted to take a few seconds to express my appreciation for all of your kindness these past couple of months. It is rare that you find a pharmacist who seems to have a genuine interest in and care for one of his clients. I often feel that you know me better than any of my doctors. Your last comment regarding the meds shortage and my worry about it is a good example. As I was leaving, as you were going to check into it, you said, with a gentle pat on my hand “Don’t worry, I’ll take care of this.” My mind was at ease immediately and I knew you would take care of it.

The flowers are beautiful. I've gotten flowers and other gifts since starting this journey, but yours were by far the most beautiful and meant the most to me. The fact that you thought about me and that you signed the cards the same as the plaque my husband gave me blew me away. I'm not sure I can express to you what those flowers meant to me especially with the chemo this week. We have been telling people for months and months what a wonderful pharmacy/pharmacist we have, but now we'll have to tell people what a wonderful friend we have who owns a pharmacy.

Dear All

I have come to think of you all as "family" because of your kindness, your warmth and how you appear to care for each other and your customers.
